Shipping policy

We want your Soft Notion experience to be as lovely as possible, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch after your order is confirmed.

Processing time: 3-5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information.

Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Undelivered & Returned Orders

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable, refusal of delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we’ll be happy to arrange reshipping upon request. Additional shipping charges will need to be paid before the order is dispatched again.

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an issue with the courier, we will review the situation separately and assist you accordingly. If an order is returned to us by the courier, it will not be considered a return or cancellation. Our usual Returns & Exchanges Policy will still apply.
