About our jewellery
Our jewellery features stainless-steel components with either gold plating or PVD plating, depending on the design.
With proper care, you can help preserve the finish for longer. As with all plated jewellery, the finish may naturally soften over time with regular wear, friction, moisture, sweat and exposure to perfumes or other chemicals.
A little care goes a long way
- Keep it away from perfumes, lotions and chemicals.
- If it comes into contact with water or moisture, gently pat it dry with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store it in a cool, dry place when not being worn.
- Handle it gently to help preserve its finish.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Each piece is carefully prepared for your order, and we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange.
For damage-related exchanges, please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video, beginning with the sealed package and continuing until the product is fully unboxed. This allows us to assess the condition of the piece as it arrived.
Please note that videos recorded after the package has been opened, or after the product has been removed from its original packaging, cannot be considered for damage-related exchanges.

Each piece is carefully prepared for your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be lovingly prepared and dispatched.
Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
